He has performed over 5000 Joint Replacement surgeries on the hip and Knee.
After completing his postgraduate (Orthopaedics) training from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, he did his senior residency at the Department of Orthopaedics at AIIMS.
Then, Dr. Dua completed his Fellowship in Revision Joint Replacement and Bone Transplantation at Princess Alexandra Hospital, BPH, and Queensland Bone Bank, Australia.
He is an active member of the Indian Orthopedic Association and the Indian Society of Hip and Knee Surgeons. He has been involved in clinical research, Public awareness programs and Academic Presentations.
