He has done more than 15,000 diagnostic coronary angiograms and more than 3,500 coronary angioplasty and stenting procedures, including complex coronary interventions like chronic total occlusions, bifurcation stenting, and saphenous venous graft interventions. His areas of interest include complex coronary interventions and structural heart interventions like TAVR and valve in valve procedures. He has done a lot of complex coronary interventions using intracoronary imaging modalities like IVUS and OCT and also used calcified plaque modulating techniques like rota ablation and intravascular lithotripsy (IVL). He has done a large number of peripheral interventions (including renal and carotid angioplasty and stenting), more than 300 permanent pacemaker implantations (including ICD and CRT implantations), numerous pediatric right and left heart cardiac catheterizations, and also pediatric structural interventions like ASD, VSD, PDA, and RSOV device closures.
