The patient presented with a history of upper abdominal pain lasting approximately one year, accompanied by an unintentional weight loss of around 8 kg. The patient also had a history of chronic Hepatitis B.

Following a detailed evaluation, ultrasound and triple-phase CT of the abdomen did not reveal any significant abnormality. Upper gastrointestinal endoscopy showed prominent oesophageal veins and a patulous lower oesophageal sphincter (LES), while colonoscopy revealed small internal haemorrhoids.

After reviewing the patient’s medical reports, Dr. Rinkesh Bansal evaluated the available findings and advised further specialist assessment and appropriate follow-up based on the patient’s clinical condition.
