Dr. Gyanam Misra

Dr. Gyanam Misra is Consultant, Paediatrics and Neonatology at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Dwarka. She completed her MBBS and MD in Paediatrics from Gauhati Medical College, where she excelled academically and received the Gold Medal in MBBS (Biochemistry). Dr. Misra has over 9 years of experience in providing compassionate care to her little patients in various government and corporate hospitals. She is fluent in Hindi, English, and Assamese, which allows her to effectively communicate with a diverse range of patients. She has expertise in newborn care, vaccination, complementary feeding, infectious diseases, allergy and asthma, growth and development, adolescent health, paediatric emergencies, paediatric intensive care and point of care ultrasound (POCUS).

Dr. Misra has received several accolades for her contributions to the field of paediatrics. She has received Doctors Day Commendation (2023) by Manipal Hospital Dwarka for her outstanding contribution towards clinical services and the first prize in award paper presentation at the XXI East Zone Pedicon and XX Tripedicon.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Misra has actively participated in workshops and certification courses to enhance her skills. She has successfully completed the Ultrasound Life Support-Basic Level 1 Provider course, Advanced NRP Provider Course and Provider course in Advanced Life Support in Pediatrics (IAP ALS).
