Dr. Abhishek Kathuria is a gastroenterologist and hepatologist with extensive experience in the management of digestive diseases. He has excellent training and experience of doing diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures like Upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy , stricture dilatation, endoscopic variceal ligation(EVL),Argon plasma coagulation(APC),balloon dilatation for achalasia cardia, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (E.R.C.P.) for CBD stone and pancreaticobiliary tumours,diagnostic endoscopic ultrasound(EUS) and Single balloon enteroscopy. He is the first expert for doing Spiral enteroscopy inHaryana.He has done international fellowship in Endoscopic ultrasound from World international school of EUS south korea .He is an expert in the management of liver diseases like cirrhosis of the liver, fatty liver, liver cancer, hepatitis B and C, treatment of post-liver transplant patients, pancreatic diseases and inflammatory bowel disease. He is a member of various renowned organisations and has a keen interest in research as well.
