Dr Belgundi Preeti Vidyasagar has received intensive training and has developed the necessary skills to perform both basic and advanced bronchoscopy, including flexible bronchoscopy, transbronchial lung biopsy, endobronchial biopsy, endobronchial ultrasound (linear & radial), semi-rigid and rigid pleuroscopy, foreign body extraction, and cryoextraction.

She had undergone basic training in the management of sleep disorders: level 1 polysomnography and other levels of sleep studies, positive airway pressure therapy in OSA, COPD, obesity, hypoventilation syndrome, neuromuscular disorders, and other sleep-disordered breathing disorders.

She has gained first-hand experience in other ICU-related procedures like central venous cannulation, echocardiography, and arterial lines, as well as critical care ultrasound. She has also gained expertise in the use of non-invasive ventilator strategies as well as high-flow nasal cannulas.

Dr Preeti Vidyasagar is experienced in managing COPD, asthma, bronchiolitis, bronchiectasis, tuberculosis, infectious disease, ILD (DPLD), ABPA, vasculitis, pulmonary vascular disorders, occupational lung diseases, pleural and mediastinal disorders, and lung and pleural malignancies.
