Dr. Kamran Ali is a Lung Transplant Surgeon with over 10+ years of experience.
He is experienced in providing preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative, and general patient care to those suffering from chronic pulmonary conditions.
Dr. Ali was a part of the surgical team that performed Europe’s 1st and the world’s 2nd Lung Transplant for COVID-19 ARDS.
After completing his MBBS from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, AMU, Aligarh (2009), he also achieved a DNB (Surgery) from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi (2013).
He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS).
He has a fellowship in Thoracic Surgery from Medanta the Medicity, Gurgaon, an ASCVTS Fellowship in Thoracic Surgery from Seoul National University, South Korea (2016), a fellowship in Lung Transplant from the Medical University of Vienna, Austria (2020), and traveling fellowships from National Cancer Centre (Japan), Tokyo University (Japan), and National Taiwan University Hospital (Taiwan).
He is an esteemed member of the American College of Surgeons, European Society of Thoracic Surgeons, South East Asian Society of Thoracic Surgeons, Indian Society of Heart & Lung Transplant, Indian Society of Thoracic Surgeons, and the Indian Association of Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgeons.
He received the Hyundai Motor Company Travel Grant at the 31st Annual Meeting of the ASCVTS 2023, Busan, South Korea.
He was awarded the best VATS Lab table, ATEP 8th workshop, 2016, Osong, South Korea.
