He has published numerous papers in Peer Reviewed and famous Indexed Journals and authored chapters in books like: Cochrane, Lancet, Seizure Brain Research and Epilepsia etc. The paper titled “Largest series of Thrombolysed Cases of Stroke in India” presented in European Stroke Conference received high acclaim.
After graduating with MBBS from King George College, Lucknow, he pursued DM in Neurology in G. B. Pant hospital and stood first. Later he did Fellowship in Critical Care Neurology and Stroke from UCLA, Los Angeles, USA and Sentara Hospital, Virginia, USA. He also did a Training Fellowship in Sonothrombolysis, TCD, Carotid Doppler, and Sleep Study in National University Hospital, Singapore. This was followed by other Training Fellowships in DBS, Parkinson’s disease and Botulinum Toxin Injection in Spain and Amsterdam.
