Dr. Vijay Deshmukh is a renowned General Surgeon, who has an experience of more than 45 years.
He has a keen interest in procedures like laparoscopic cholecystectomy, hernia repair, appendicectomy, endoscopic surgeries, colectomy and many others.
He completed MBBS from Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College in 1979, followed by doing MS in General Surgery in 1979.
He has also done specialized training MCPS, from College of Surgeons and Physicians in 1976.
He further went on to do DNB in General Surgery from the National Board of Examination in 1981.
Dr. Vijay topped in his university with the highest number of marks in 1974.
He also received Dr. Athawale Trophy for the best Student of the year 1974-75.
He has previously worked as a Vice President as well as President at CPS college.
Currently, he is associated with Association of Surgeons of India, Urology Association of India and Bombay Urological Society.
