She has  post graduation from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi.

She was associated with Sir Ganga Ram Hospital till 2001 and then joined Max Healthcare, Delhi.
She is a senior consultant in Internal Medicine.

Her areas of interest include infectious diseases, adult immunisation, preventive medicine and lifestyle-related disorders.
