Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE)

A systemic autoimmune disorder where antibodies are generated in the body which attack the body’s own cells leading to various manifestations. Most prominently patient will have a malar rash which is a butterfly shaped rash on the face covering the nasal and cheek areas.
