We use state-of-the art tools within our interventional neuroradiology suites including the latest equipment for endovascular management of stroke, aneurysm therapy and intracranial atherosclerotic disease.
Our team performs more than 900 cerebrovascular interventions and diagnostic angiograms every year and treats both adult and pediatric patients.
As a first step, most patients who come to us receive a cerebral angiogram to determine the best way to proceed with their care. Some may also need to have additional imaging tests such as an MRI or CT scan.
Our facilities are equipped with the latest technology including 256-slice CT scanners and 3T MRI
It’s important to remember that cerebrovascular conditions can’t always be treated with neurointerventional radiology alone and may require surgery or other procedures.
